CyberMind-FR ccfb58124c docs: Add trilingual documentation (French and Chinese translations)

Add complete French (fr) and Chinese (zh) translations for all documentation:

- Root files: README, CHANGELOG, SECURITY, BETA-RELEASE
- docs/: All 16 core documentation files
- DOCS/: All 19 deep-dive documents including embedded/ and archive/
- package/secubox/: All 123+ package READMEs
- Misc: secubox-tools/, scripts/, EXAMPLES/, config-backups/, streamlit-apps/

Total: 346 translation files created

Each file includes language switcher links for easy navigation between
English, French, and Chinese versions.

功能特性

通配符委派：主节点拥有 *.域名，将子区域委派给从节点
First Peek：服务在网状网络上被发现时自动注册
Gossip 同步：暴露配置通过 P2P 网状网络传播
子主控：层次化委派（主节点 → 子主节点 → 从节点）
多提供商：通过 dns-provider 支持 OVH、Gandi、Cloudflare
