CyberMind-FR 9b12991c3b fix(crowdsec-dashboard): Use baseclass.singleton for theme manager ... Fix "not a constructor" error by using baseclass.singleton() pattern instead of baseclass.extend() with manual instantiation. Theme module now exports a singleton directly.
