CyberMind-FR 5f721d6d2c fix: Use mitmproxy 9.0.1 (no Rust dependency) 
mitmproxy 10.x requires mitmproxy-rs which needs Rust compiler.
Version 9.0.1 is pure Python and works on OpenWrt.
