CyberMind-FR 2ef130583e feat: Embed 40 SecuBox packages in local feed for offline installation 
- Include all built .ipk packages in luci-app-secubox-bonus
- Generate Packages index and apps-local.json manifest
- Remove .gitignore to allow package tracking
- Enables offline package installation via SecuBox > Local Packages

Packages included:
- 27 luci-app-* packages
- 11 secubox-app-* packages
- luci-theme-secubox
- secubox-core
