9b58d6db38 feat(secubox-core): Add SecuBox banner replacing OpenWrt default 
- Custom ASCII art banner with SecuBox branding
- Shows helpful info: CLI help, dashboard URL
- Installed to /etc/banner on device
- Added to conffiles for upgrade preservation
