- Set luci-app-ndpid version to 0.9.1
- Fix sync-openwrt-packages.sh to search subdirectories (base/, packages/)

LuCI JavaScript modules must use baseclass.extend() pattern instead
of returning plain objects. This fixes the "factory yields invalid
constructor" error.
