feat(fabricator): Add Embedder tab and sync to repo
- Add 7th tab "🪟 Embedder" for creating unified portal pages
- Embeds Streamlit apps, MetaBlogizer sites, custom URLs
- Three layouts: Grid, Tabs, Sidebar
- Auto-fetches available services from JSON endpoints
- Add streamlit-apps/fabricator/ to repo
- Update HISTORY.md with session changes
