docs: Update HISTORY.md with vhost routing fixes and Glances install

- Fixed mitmproxy duplicate routes causing mixed content
- Fixed play.maegia.tv, client, social backends
- Installed Glances 4.5.0.4 via pip3

+### Mitmproxy Routes Duplicate Fix
+- **Issue:** Multiple vhosts showing mixed/wrong content (sdlc, console, control)
+- **Root cause:** Duplicate entries in `/srv/mitmproxy-in/haproxy-routes.json`
+  - `console.gk2.secubox.in` appeared twice (8501 then 8081 - second wins)
+  - `control.gk2.secubox.in` appeared twice (8511 then 8081 - second wins)
+- **Fix:** Removed duplicate entries, kept correct Streamlit ports
+
+### Service Backend Fixes
+- **play.maegia.tv:** Changed backend from `mitmproxy_inspector` to `streamlit_yijing` (port 8501)
+- **client.gk2.secubox.in:** Enabled `pinafore_srv` server with health check
+- **social.gk2.secubox.in:** Started GoToSocial LXC container
