fix(droplet): Fix BusyBox tr bug in name sanitization too

The buggy tr '[:upper:]' '[:lower:]' was also used for sanitizing
site names, causing 'ziptest' to become 'ziwtest'. Use awk tolower()
for all lowercase conversions.
