chore(secubox-feed): Rebuild packages with theme v1.0.0 and latest updates

- Updated luci-theme-secubox from 0.4.8-r1 to 1.0.0-r2
- Rebuilt all LuCI apps and SecuBox packages
- Updated Packages index and apps-local.json manifest
