docs(WIP): Add lldh360.maegia.tv SSL certificate installation

- Installed Let's Encrypt certificate (valid until 2026-06-05)
- Enabled HTTP→HTTPS redirect
- Fixed ACME webroot path (/srv/haproxy/acme)
