fix(mitmproxy): Install Rust toolchain for mitmproxy_rs compilation

mitmproxy 10.2+ requires mitmproxy_rs which needs Rust.
Install rust and cargo from Alpine packages, compile mitmproxy,
then remove build deps to save space.
